1. Sponsor

The Save Our Barn Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Woodford Barn Repair (“Sponsor”). Questions about the Giveaway may be directed to Sponsor at 1-800-653-2276.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Monday, August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are the legal owner (or an authorized representative of the legal owner) of the barn submitted for entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form at Sponsor’s giveaway page during the Entry Period, including your contact information, the barn’s location, a description of the barn and the repairs it needs, and optional photographs. Limit one (1) entry per person and per barn. Additional entries from the same person or for the same barn will be disqualified. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner selection will occur in two stages. First, following the close of the Entry Period, a review committee designated by Sponsor (the “Woodford Barn Committee”) will review all eligible entries and select a group of finalists based on the following criteria: the compelling nature of the barn’s story and its significance to the entrant, family, or community, and the condition and restoration needs of the barn as described in the entry. Photographs are not required and entries will not be disqualified or penalized for omitting them; however, photographs may assist the Committee in evaluating the condition of the barn. Second, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from among the finalists. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within approximately fourteen (14) days after the close of the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of first notification attempt, does not meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining finalists.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive barn repair and restoration services performed by Sponsor on the winner’s submitted barn (the “Prize”). The scope of restoration work will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion following an on-site evaluation, based on the condition and needs of the barn. The Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, and applies only to the barn submitted at entry. Scheduling of work will be determined by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the Prize, and Sponsor may issue tax documentation as required by law.

7. Site Access & Conditions

Winner must provide Sponsor reasonable access to the barn and property to evaluate and perform the work. If, following inspection, Sponsor determines in good faith that the structure cannot be safely repaired or that work cannot reasonably be performed, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, hometown, entry materials (including submitted photographs and story), and photographs or video of the restoration for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and to contact entrants about their barns and Sponsor’s services, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Woodford Barn Committee, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, in which case Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received prior to such action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

11. Release

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Not Sponsored by Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Each entrant understands they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Meta Platforms, Inc., and releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this promotion.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
